As an experienced Labor Support Doula, I can provide you with the support you need during this special time. You and your healthcare provider focus on your health, but I help you to address any non-medical concerns you may have as a new parent (or a parent again!). Regardless of your birth plans, my goal is for you and your family to have a calm, comfortable, and positive experience that will help create unforgettable memories.
Establishing successful practices will allow you to remain confident, comfortable, and prepared for labor. For example, prenatal visits are used for in-depth discussions about your birth plan, identifying physical and emotional needs, tailored recommendations on how to cope with labor and birth, as well as postpartum recovery. Most importantly, we will build on the client-doula relationship.
Postpartum visits will be used to ensure your transition is going smoothly. For extra support, kindly consider the benefits of adding a postpartum package.
