Manifestation is REAL. As a first time mother I was looking into receiving doula services that would be right for me and my family and I initially came across Ms. Claudia’s services. A couple weeks later I was scrolling through instagram and saw a post from the *Atlanta Doula Collective in regards to receiving a scholarship for doula services.

I applied and a couple weeks later I was selected to receive the scholarship for Postpartum doula care from one of their doulas in the collective

Once I saw that Ms. Claudia was a doula in the collective I immediately opted in for her services.

Fast forward to today, I will say hands down, I and my family were extremely blessed in the presence of this Iya, she has a gift of sweetening up one’s home and let’s also include that her meal prep skills are a natural part of her caretaking abilities. She is very cordial to work with and she will get the job done.

Do not hesitate to seek her services.

I don’t think I could’ve given birth without Cookie being there! I’m so glad that she was by my side during my delivery. She made me feel safe. Safer than the hospital staff. She helped me advocate for myself during discomforting times against some personnel who could obviously care less. My birthing process was made easier because I knew what to expect from my body during birth thanks to her.

After a not so great brief experience with another doula I came across Claudia through the Atlanta Doula Collective. I love professionalism and from day one she showed that plus more. She is organized and always communicated with both me and my partner. My labor was 3 days long and she was by my side providing support. Claudia was even spending her birthday supporting me through everything. Even though my birth did not go as planned not once did she change how she supported me. She continued to provide encouraging words and support. There was moments where I blamed myself for how things turned out but she reassured me I did a great job regardless of how my child entered this world. I would highly recommend Claudia and her services. I know if I ever have questions or concerns during postpartum (and beyond) she will continue to help and provide resources because she have such a big heart and great spirit.

I have to start by saying Thank You Ms. Cookie for being the best Doula but at the same time that moment when I was giving birth you were more like a sister to me. When I wanted to give up and I said to you “ I want to go home” you just said “ You got this. You’re strong. Keep pushing”. You’re so informative and you really helped me understand everything about my birth. I’m so happy that I had you as my Doula!

Claudia was a great support person. She helped me with prenatal and postpartum services. From the time she arrived at my house (checking the mail, returning the garbage cans) until she left, she was of assistance. She maximized her time with me and was a wealth of information! I would and have been recommending Claudia to other expecting mothers!

I hired Cookie early in my pregnancy and knew from day one that she was a great fit for me and my family. Our monthly visits were always informative, useful and great for easing my anxiety. Cookie was always available by phone, text or email to answer my questions. One thing I especially enjoyed was her resourcefulness. If there was ever anything she didn’t have the answer to, she would do the research to find out. When it was time for labor she came prepared with tea, snacks and her handy-dandy doula bag. Throughout my labor I felt completely at ease and supported with Cookie by my side. She kept my needs, goals and comfort in mind and managed the room with ease. I would highly highly recommend Cookie to anyone who needs a supportive, amazing and resourceful doula!

It was August 31, 2019 at 10:30 pm when Cookie came to meet a perfect stranger in active labor. Lol talk about a funny way to meet a new mom. Cookie was so attentive and supportive to me and baby Malachi. She was able to capture the birth, and support my wishes to keep my placenta. We are so grateful for her care at such a wild adventure that last for two hours. I will definitely call her for our next pregnancy. I forgot to say Happy anniversary.

Back in May I had the most amazing appointment with my favorite doula Cookie La Doula for a pregnancy preparedness session. She thoroughly went over everything I need to know for preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum. She was able to answer every question I had and has continued to be a helpful resource after our initial appointment.

I took pages and pages of notes from our session together, and I’ve come up with a 12 month plan to detox and prepare my body for conception. This plan includes increasing my hydration (I suck at drinking water, but getting much better!), monthly yoni steaming, detoxing all major organs, strength training, yoga, clean eating, meditation, journaling, herbal infusions, pregnancy education, and more!

I’m so thankful for Doula Claudia, her knowledge, and beautiful spirit. She’s already a huge part of my journey to motherhood, and I’m forever grateful for her.

A few days ago, I did my first at home yoni steam using the herbs she provided. It was such a relaxing experience being in the comfort of my own space. Yoni steams are so necessary for womb health and I look forward to making this a monthly practice. 💕

It was exceptional being able to come across Cookie La Doula. Being in the State of Massachusetts the distance did not stop Cookie from at least helping me with locating a Doula who spirit was if not just as equivalent to hers in the upmost special way. Cookie’s energy comes second to none and if the distance was not a factor my wife and I would have chosen her with helping us this soon to come beautiful experience of being a parent. Not only is Cookie La Doula incredibly Devine she even considered traveling had we not been able to find a Doula in time. I am confident in her services, expertise, spirit and love for being a guide that I was willing to pay for her travel and whatever expenses it would have taken however she insisted I stay local. Thank you for your kindred soul and love for your craft allowing soon to be mothers and already mothers pregnancy to have a comfortable and peaceful experience. It is with my great honor to have her be a part of finding the perfect fit Doula.
