Welcome to Our Contract Drafting Services!
Are you in need of help drafting your contracts? Look no further! As an experienced Paralegal who has been working with contracts since 2013, I have assisted numerous state level agencies in establishing, reviewing, and modifying contracts.
To get started on your contract drafting process, we would like to welcome you to book a consultation with us. During this consultation, we will discuss your unique needs and requirements to ensure that you get the best possible service. After understanding your needs, we will review, format, and modify your contract accordingly.
We offer two package selections for your convenience, and two optional add-on services to further assist you.
Package 1 includes the consultation, review, formatting, and modification of one contract for $125.
Package 2 includes the consultation, review, formatting, and modification of two contracts for $215. This package is perfect if you offer varying birthwork services such as labor support, postpartum support, placenta services, etc.
Add-on Services include one-year support services for contract updates, available for an additional $75 for one contract or $130 for two contracts. This add-on service notifies you of any suggested contract updates that may be required after the draft has been completed, and must be purchased at the time of the original consultation to lock in these rates.

- Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (EISGN) Act
Remember! All states must follow the ESIGN Act, but not all states have adopted the UETA. If you obtain e-signatures in the state of New York, here is the link to the law that is similar to the UETA:
